Three-Well Treatment · Eagle Ford Formation nanoActiv® Frac Hit Mitigation

  •  92% BOPD increase in production over four months—surpassing initial production

Mayes Well

Details

  •   Eagle Ford Wells A, B, and C are horizontal wells in DeWitt County, Texas.
  •   Prior to using nanoActiv®, on average, well production was returning to only 65% BOPD.

Treatment

  •   January 15th, 2019, Eagle Ford Well A was treated with ~5,000 gallons of a nanoActiv® blend and injected with ~5,000 gallons of water as smaller-volume pills throughout the initial pre-load with a soak time of 2½ weeks.

Results

  •   After treatment, a significant increase in production was observed in Well A, surpassing previous production rates.
  •   Well A increased oil production to 100 BOPD for 150 days, surpassing the previous production rate for more than six months.
  •   400 days post-treatment, Well A is producing 60 BOPD.
  •   To-date, Well A’s incremental recovered volume is approximately 17,500 BOE.

Treatment

  •   On May 15th, 2019, Eagle Ford Well B was treated with ~5,000 gallons of nanoActiv® blend. Well C was treated with half the dosage equaling ~2,500 gallons of the nanoActiv® blend. Like Well A, Wells B and C had a soak time of 2½ weeks.

Results

  •   To-date, Well B has produced an additional ~20,500 more BOE prior to treatment.
  •   To-date, Well C has produced an additional ~11,000 more BOE prior to treatment.
  •   For wells B and C, the pre-load treatment has continued to surpass the previous production rate over eight months post-treatment.
