Mayes Well

Details

  •   The Mayes Group well is a 1-year-old horizontal well in Oklahoma under a steep natural gas production decline curve and had NOT produced a barrel of oil in ~45 days prior to treatment
  •   Well was treated with a synergistic combination of nanoActiv® HRT and nanoActiv® EFT along with gas in April 2019
  •   The Mayes Group well had an offset well (in the Woodford Shale) located on the pad site. Within the first few hours of the treatment, the offset began to communicate/respond
  •   When the Woodford Shale well was treated in August 2019, communication was seen again, this time in the Mayes Group well, resulting in another spike in natural gas production

Conclusion

  •   30 days after the treatment, the Mayes Group well began to produce crude again
  •   The post-treatment decline curve appears to have been significantly reduced and the post-treatment actual volume is holding at the same level the well was producing prior to treatment
